Stuntman
A stunt man is the person who performs the more extreme and fun parts of the film. At the beginning of your career you are not known and will not make much money, however as you do more films you will build rep and can usually name your price if you well known. A stuntmans salary can range from 5,000 to 70,000 a year. A stuntman generally does not have any education. They usually just grow up doing stuntwork and get noticed. A stuntman is a production job. The key points of being a stuntman are taking on the more risky parts of the film, so the actor does not injur himself. The bad part is you are never seen or recognized you are taking the actors place in that part of the film. Equipment can range from a knife to driving a dump truck. Some famous stuntmen are, Evel Knievel, Harry Houdini, Omar Locklear, Dan Goodwin Travis Pastrana Ken Block and David Smith Jr.
